FYF Technologies Inc. ("FYF," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Find Your 'Fit mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your phone number for authentication, your name and date of birth for your profile, body measurements you enter to power size predictions, wardrobe data including brands and sizes, and items you save or add to lists.

Body Measurement Data

Your body measurements are sensitive personal data. We treat them with the highest level of care. Measurements are stored locally on your device and optionally in your account profile. We never share your measurements with brands, retailers, or advertisers. Measurements are used solely to power size prediction and feed personalization.

How We Use Your Information

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your measurements, wardrobe data, or personal profile with third-party advertisers. We use Supabase for database infrastructure and Twilio for SMS verification — both are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Your Privacy Controls

You can view and update your profile data within the app at any time. You can delete your account from Settings, which permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can disable notifications in Settings.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, delete personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
